Consight app for iPhone and iPad

Overview

Consight app is developed for construction site management.
It is designed for supervisors, inspectors, foremen and construction workers.
It can be also used for monitoring projects.
The system includes mobile app and web project management panel as well.

Features

Observations

User can create observations in site quickly. It is possible to review, modify and comment them. The observation can be checked and commented also by another user to whom the observation is addressed. User can also take photos, make remarks to them and add a location of the building or place to the certain observation.

Inspections

User can create and modify inspections consisting requirements for himself or to another user by using templates.
User can also perform an inspection, comment on it or review it. As a performer of the inspection you can also add values and comments to the requirements and check (accept/reject) them.
User can also attach observations to the inspection (header bar) and to any of the requirements (long tap on the requirement).

Occupational safety inspections

User can create and perform occupational safety inspections which are usually done on weekly basis in Finland.
The safety inspections have standard formats in Finland.
User can attach observations to any category of a safety inspection.

Reviewing project documents

User can review documents uploaded to the database or in separate project database.

In the web it is possible to manage and follow the project. There are admin features like you can create projects and inspections and upload stuff in them. There are features like browsing floorplans and making reports as well. You have also real time data of observations etc. of the field available.
